Exchange Policy

Dear Customer,
We at Dinars are pleased to offer you an exchange service for ready-made, unmodified items within 14 days of receiving the order, according to the following conditions:

Exchange Conditions:

  • Discounted items can be exchanged within 3 days only from the date of purchase, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition at the time of purchase, without any alterations or additions.
  • All conditions are met.
  • Exchange does not cover defects resulting from misuse or washing.
  • Items manufactured or modified specifically for the customer cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
  • Danaer is not responsible for the accuracy of the sizes provided by the customer.

Return Policy

We understand your needs and offer you the possibility of returning unaltered ready-made items within 7 days of receiving the order, according to the following:

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition as received.
  • Attached with the original payment receipt.
  • The amount paid will be refunded within 14 business days of order approval, deducting the bank fee if paying by credit card.
  • Discounted items are non-returnable.
  • Returns do not include defects resulting from misuse or Laundry.
  • Specially manufactured or altered items cannot be returned.
  • Danaer is not responsible for the accuracy of the measurements provided by the customer.

Alterations

Any alterations (change in size, addition, or removal) to sold items are prohibited except for a fee determined by the Danaer team.

Use and Washing Instructions

To maintain the quality and elegance of your abaya, please follow one of two methods Washing Instructions:

Washing Methods:
  1. Dry wash (best to preserve the fabric).
  2. Hand wash as follows:
    • Place the abaya in a bowl of warm water.
    • Use a shampoo specifically designed for your abayas.
    • Soak the abaya for 10 minutes, then clean and rinse it well.
    • Hang the abaya to dry in a shaded place away from direct sunlight.
